UTS PhD scholarships for international students

The
world-class research undertaken in the Graduate School of Health strives to
improve quality of life, both locally and on a global scale. From basic science
to clinical research, we facilitate the translation of evidence into practice.

The
school is currently offering 9 PhD scholarships across our current fields of
research: pharmaceutical science, pharmacy practice, psychology, orthoptics and
physiotherapy. We seek outstanding candidates with excellent academic records
to become health leaders of the future, creating new and innovative solutions
to some of the world’s most difficult problems.

integrated, whole of university approach and treat doctoral students as early
career researchers.  As a doctoral student, you will be supported with a
mix of disciplinary, research method and researcher development modules
provided throughout the program. You may also have the opportunity to
collaborate and present your work both nationally and internationally.
Availability and how to apply
This
scholarship is a tax-exempt stipend of $26,288 pa (2016 value). It is available
from 1 January 2017 for 3 years, subject to satisfactory progress.
