Sales and Marketing Manager
Reporting to Commercial Director, the manager will oversee a team of territory managers covering the East and Central Africa region.
Position requirements:
• Degree holder in business related course or IT
• Minimum of 5 years sales experience in distribution of FMCG products preferably in ICT
• Tangible experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Proven track record for development of sustainable distribution channels
• Demonstrated team play, leadership and human resource management qualities
• Proficiency in performance management tools
• Open minded and possess a great sense of detail
• Passionate about consumers.
Territory Manager
Position requirements:
Working in collaboration with Sales and Marketing Manager manage distribution outlets within specific geographical regions in the ECA territories.
• Degree or diploma holder in IT related course
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience in sales of FMCG products
• Self driven and passionate about sales as well as customer service
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Possession of clean driving license and a passport
