LionSunConsulting is a PR and corporate communication agency based in Lagos, Nigeria, specialized in consulting German and international companies
operating in Nigeria as well as other parts of anglo- and francophone West Africa. The following position is vacant.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering calls and handling queries.
Managing and reviewing filing and office systems, typing documents
Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment.
Managing projects.
Writing minutes, taking dictation.
Planning, organizing and managing events, booking meetings.
Managing a budget.
Writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters.
Liaising with staff, clients, etc.
Organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries.
Preparing presentations
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualification HND
Required Experience Entry Level
Passion for social media.
Passion for fashion and lifestyle
Perfect skills in written English
Knowledge of techniques in mass communication / journalism (research a story, present a story etc)
