Telecommunications Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
– Ensure guest wake-up calls are attended to
– Report all faults and irregularities to the respective offices
– Record and check group call-time
– Operate switchboard during peak periods
– Change compact disc in-house music
– Check periodically “Call Accounting Interface” and IDD printers
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in similar capacity (minimum 1 year in supervisory level)
– Able to write and speak fluent English
– Pleasant and able to relate well with guests, with pleasant voice over phone
– Patient and tactful
– Good interpersonal and leadership skills
Telecommunications Assistant
Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming and outgoing calls
– Process trunk/overseas calls
– Handle wake-up calls
– Attend to internal paging and island wide paging
– Assist guests in obtaining telephone numbers
– Perform the duty of Message Operator
– Know the various departments’ operations
Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity
– Able to write and speak fluent English.
– Pleasant and able to relate well with guests, with pleasant voice over phone
– Patient and tactful
– Good interpersonal and leadership skills
