Regional Account Executive
Responsibilities:
• Promote and Ensure rollout implementation for product delivery, services maintenance in Global/ Regional Target accounts in Asia Pacific region.
• Responsible to service for Global/ APAC Regional Target Accounts.
• Maintain an active Regional network of customers with Canon NSOs and partners within Asia Pacific Region.
• Negotiate profitable Regional/ Local contract terms with due consideration for local jurisdiction and application law.
• Responsible for Pipeline Management. Provide accurate forecast of opportunities for planning purpose.
• To have regular customers visit to ensure customer needs met.
• Handle dispute resolution and escalate issues in Global/ Regional accounts.
• Manage and update all Global/ Regional customers information and profiling.
• Take lead & strategize the RFQ & RFP response for all Regional trade account.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years business experience.
• Minimum 3 years sales experience in the industry of office equipment or IT services business.
• Any experience to take up any regional role.
• Good understanding of Global/ Regional procurement process and international business.
• Demonstrate respect for cross cultural differences with good interpersonal skill.
• Competence with presentation, proposal writing, spreadsheet calculation and reporting.
• Understand the office IT environment and document life cycle offering.
• Able to engage customers independently with minimum supervision.
