Admin Assistant ( MNC / Kallang/ 5 Days / $1.6- $2K)
Kallang (Central/South, Singapore)
Responsibilities:
• Provide general and administrative support for the department
• Operate corporate system to process payments, and purchase requisition
• Coordinate with various departments on distribution of collaterals
• File and maintain organizational documents, records and reports
• In charge of office daily routine admin -Mail, stationary, office equipment & facilities, etc
• Preparing Visa application for staff overseas trip
• Handling Flight & Hotel booking
• Leave & attendance record update
• Petty cash claims handling
• Assist in event coordination
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
• Sales Coordinating or Administrative experience preferred
Other Information : –
• Working Location : Kallang
• Working Hours : 830 am – 530pm (Mon – Fri)
