EXECUTIVE, GROUP HR
Scotts
(Central/South)

Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Group HR
Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of human resource
services.
You will play the advisory role
and work in close partnership with the Business Groups to deliver and
achieve the business goals.
You are part of the team in
building relationships and rapport, as well as proactively seek
improvement for growth and change.
You will drive, influence and
support the Business in manpower planning, recruitment, employee
relations, performance management, staff recognition and retention.
From time to time, you are also
required to provide administrative support in delivering HR Services to
the Business Group/s professionally and efficiently.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 5 years of hands-on HR
generalist experience
Tact & Diplomacy in
inter-personal relationships
Resourceful – a self starter who
takes initiatives
Good writing and presentation
skills
Effective communicator
Team player with superior
interpersonal and influencing skills
Ability to multitask effectively
and meet tight deadlines and perform under pressure
