Assistant Project Manager
(Based in Singapore)

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible to plan, organize, monitor and direct daily site activities for in-house and sub contracted works to ensure successful completion of the projects. You will liaise closely with subcontractors, consultants, and authorities; lead the site team to timely delivery of weekly targets. You will effectively manage each phase of the project and ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost effectiveness.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in a managerial position
• Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a proven track record in the construction industry
• Strong technical competence, good interpersonal skills and with a “can-do” attitude as well as strong commercial and business acumen
