We are expanding our team in Singapore and seek to recruit Senior Training Consultants.
Senior Training Consultant
North-East (Singapore)
Responsibilities:
• Identifying new opportunities and driving the business development of leadership training and executive assessment solutions
• Delivering/facilitating leadership training programmes to people in senior management position
• Designing leadership and OD solutions to meet the needs of prospects and clients (proposals writing, program development, intervention design, etc)
• Play the role of Project Lead in Leadership and OD projects
• Working with integrated project team to design and deliver integrated transformation solutions
Requirements:
• The role requires an experienced Training Consultant who has the capability to generate new business opportunities and grow current accounts.
• Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma
• At least 5 years of training experience; organizational development (OD) experience preferred
• Experience in the following areas – management/leadership development; teambuilding; coaching
• Experience creating / working with competency models
• Proven experience in business development and revenue generation
• Individuals with occupational psychology background or experienced in conducting executive assessment and coaching preferred
