Project Manager
(Selangor)
Requirements:
The person possess a Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 7 years of working experience in construction or project management for a Degree holder and 10 years of working experience for a Diploma holder.
He/she required to report to the General Manager (Construction), as well as to manage the overall construction activities in accordance to contract specifications in the construction sites.
The person must be able to effectively plan, organise and lead construction teams to ensure that the job is done in accordance to Company’s requirements. He/she required to review and comment on sub-contractors method of construction and to resolve disputes and technical queries with clients and consultant where necessary.
To conduct regular sub-contractors site meetings on a need basis, evaluate sub-contractors performance and monitor sub-contractors monthly progress claims.
A strong inter-personal and communication skills are therefore a pre-requisite.
