Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• At least 12 years’ and above with relevant working experience in the property development industry.
• Responsible for the planning, execution and management of the company’s property development projects which include overseeing the co-ordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control and progress of the projects.
• Liaison with the relevant authorities and consultants.
• Lead and manage project teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with leadership qualities.
