Workpack Team Leader
Sarawak – Miri

Responsibilities:
• Shall be responsible to lead and take charge of the Work pack Team and assign projects to the work pack engineers in accordance to the size and criticality of the projects.
• Shall be fully accountable for the timely delivery of accurate and good quality work packs as required by Client
• Shall organize work scoping, work pack preparations, offshore executions, close-out reports and monitor construction performance
• Shall issue AFC work packs, close-out reports, weekly progress reports and performance monitoring reports
• Shall accelerate work packs issuance in compliance with the latest Client’s work programmer (Integrated Barge Schedule)
• Shall incorporate the latest project key dates in the work packs as per the latest Client’s work programmer (Integrated Barge Schedule)
• Shall comply with all Client’s Procedures and Guidelines and ensure incorporation into the work packs
• Shall review all work packs and ensure all safety concerns are addressed and accurate.
• Shall show Management Visibility commitment.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Engineering – Oil/Gas or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
