Job Description & Requirement:
- Assist in the development of social media
strategies across markets - Manage the execution of social media
strategies, based on established objectives, action plan and budget. This
needs to complement retail, CRM, social media and public relations
strategies and activities - Manage relationship with retail sales team to
execute social media activities effectively in store or mall. Includes
writing of action plan to provide promotional support and event
information - Generate monthly reports to evaluate
performance measure against set KPIs and objectives. This includes monthly
budget reports and campaign reviews - Working with advertising and PR agencies,
event Management Company and internal suppliers when required to execute
social media activities - Competitive analysis when required to identify
potential opportunities or competitors. - Manage social media platforms and deliver on
set objectives such as recruitment and engagement. Create content such as
campaigns and visuals to build customer awareness and interest - Execute social media campaigns across markets
to drive user recruitment and engagement - Develop marketing support such as POSM and
collateral to support activities.

- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Bachelor Degree in Business
- Good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Has experience managing social media platforms
- Good communication skills and attention to
detail
