Position Description:
BANK OF BARODA, India’s International Bank and one of the leading Banks in
India, is having overseas offices/branches in 26 countries in all the 5 Continents.
Bank of Baroda (Tanzania) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of Baroda, is
in operation in Tanzania since 2004. The Bank wants to recruit the following
personnel’s:
Major Responsibilities
Maintenance of office to ensure that it is proper in its up-keep.
Preparing records and bank documents and up-keeping them.
Keeping safe custody of files, records and other bank documents.
Attending to telephone calls, E-mails and fax messages.
Making travel arrangements for bank staffs.
Receive visitors of the Managing Director.
Management of Inward / Outward mails and other documents.
Arranging the itinerary of the Managing Director.
Typing mail and various documents.
Arranging for functions/Board Meetings, etc organized by the bank.
Performing any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Managing
Director.
Qualification and Experience:
Candidates shall have Degree in any discipline and or Diploma in Secretarial
course and fluent in Kiswahili and English language. Experience in a commercial
bank as a secretary will have added advantage. The candidates shall be
preferable of the age of 30 or below.
Compensation:
The compensation package for all the above posts will be commensurable with the
qualification and experience.
