Rosehill Housing Co-operative Ltd is a community owned housing provider in Greater Pollok, Glasgow with almost 1000 houses in management.
Reporting to the Depute Director through the Receptionist the successful applicant will assist with the provision of a high quality reception service. Key tasks include: greeting and assisting tenants and other service users at reception and on the phone; taking and processing repair orders;
providing admin and clerical support to other staff.
The successful applicant will have excellent customer care skills; good interpersonal and communication skills; and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Educated to Higher Grade level and experience of working in the Housing Association Sector is desirable but not essential.
