Duties and
responsibilities
– Carrying out supervisory responsibilities.
– Developing annual business plan, action plans through efficient
planning&Implementation.
– Appraising subordinate, rewarding & disciplining.
Skills &
Abilities:
– Strong customers services and relationship.
– Organizational, negotiation and communication skills (both written &
oral)
– Excellent time management
– Understand of basic financials (P&L) to maintain profitability for the
company.
Qualifications
&Experiences:
– Bsc. Of Pharmacy or 4-5 years college of Medical background
– Minimum 5 years in Pharmaceutical field at Managerial level – Tanzania
– Computer skills (Excell – Word – PPT)
– Ability to work irregular hours in addition to normal business hours
– Some Travel as needed
