Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you will have full P&L responsibility for managing State wide Operations. You will ensure that the State budget; strategic objectives; net profit levels and market share targets are attained.
In doing so, you will lead and fully involve all team members in the development of a true team based culture, with an expectation of accountability and performance.
