Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales management of IML Medical Insurance
Products - Actively promote IML Medical Insurance and other
products - Achieve agreed sales targets in line with the
business’s objectives - Service existing accounts, and establish new
accounts by planning and organizing daily work - Conduct market research necessary to determine
how to promote services effectively, how to develop new products and how
best the new products can be effectively priced - Conduct research and report on new or potential
opportunities and clients - Responsible for customer relationship management
and engagement - Actively promote innovation necessary for new
product development and efficient ways of doing business - Build and maintain relationships with clients by
providing support, information, and guidance
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
Skills and Experience:
- The applicant sh0uld hold an Honors Degree from a
recognized university Remunerations - At least two years in a sales, marketing or
related position in a medium-sized organization - High degree of creativity
- Skills in Client Relationships, Emphasizing
Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning - Ability to work independently
- Good oral communication and listening skills,
Networking - Good selling /influencing skills and Presentation
