Clinical Nurse Manager II Paediatrics Jobs Vacancy in Dublin

The appointed person will be assigned to manage the Paediatric Unit. The unit is a mixed specialty and includes 33 inpatient beds/cots, 1 HDU bed, 5 Day beds and an ambulatory unit of 3 couches with avg. 20 per week attending in 3 sessions. This Position has responsibility for the entire Unit and includes management of resources, staff development, facilitating communication and professional/clinical leadership.

• HSE Salaries apply (€55,000 to €65,000 depending on experience)
• Based on 37.5 hours per week
• Annual Leave minimum 24 days per year plus 9 public holidays
• Permanent Full-time Contracts with the HSE

Criteria:
• Registration with An Bord Altranais or eligible for registration
• Right to work in the EU
• Minimum 3 years post registration experience of which 2 years must be in the speciality or related area.

– Demonstrate the clinical, managerial and administrative capacity to properly discharge the functions of the role.
