Person Specification –
Good analytical and training skills, Good
communication and interpersonal skills, Demonstrated good understanding of
management information system, At least a Degree in Community Development,
Social Work, Community Health, Economics or Social Development, Over 3 yrs
working in government and donor supported programs, Demonstrated good
understanding of government systems
