Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science or its equivalent,
Specific training related to Resource Management
Specific training related to Resource Management
, Fluent and able to write well
in English, Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Strong
negotiating and diplomatic skills, team player, Ability to work under tight
deadlines with strong organisational and prioritisation skills, Experience in
the humanitarian/NGO sector, Experience in managing, mentoring and training
staff, Specific training related to Resource Management, Experience in Resource
Management – at least 3 yrs, Excellent understanding of budget, procurement
processes, project planning, strategic planning and donor financial
accountability
Ability to speak Chichewa, Experience in HIV medical
and research work, Strong IT skills, including database development and use,
Knowledge of international Public Sector Accounting Standard (IPSAS), Technical
training in Logistics, Finance and/or Human Resources, Ability to represent the
organisation with (inter)national counterparts
