Administrative Assistants – 3 posts – Lilongwe, Mzuzu,
Blantyre – URC- Malawi Project
Reports to: Regional Coordinator
Plans, directs and oversees the project activities at regional level including
procurement, human resources, administrative and office operations
Maintaining administrative and human resources procedures and ensuring that
they are being adhered to, Ensuring that project’s fixed assets are being well
maintained and serviced, Ensure proper coordination and facilitation of
meetings, Ensure high quality staff welfare and health and maintaining a
conducive working environment, Monitor office security and supplies and
ensuring the cleanliness of the offices is up to date, Undertake all other
duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time,
Advising management of human resource and administrative issues
Minimum of Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration
or Social Services, Minimum of 5 yrs relevant experience, Experience working
with donor funded projects will be an added advantage
Diplomacy, tact and sensitivity, Advanced MS, Excel and Word, Strong command of
written and spoken English, Knowledge of accounting skills will be an added
advantage, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
