Highly organised with strong attention to
detail, Ability to prioritise and multi task, Fluent in English and Chichewa,
written and spoken, Excellent IT knowledge of Word a, Excel and Power point

Degree/Diploma in Community
development/Counselling/Social Work or any equivalent qualifications, HTC

Previous work experience of at least 2 yrs in
managing activities in HIV/AIDS and minority groups, demonstrate increasing
levels responsibility and technical proficiency, Previous experience with an

Participate in developing counselling
strategies for minority groups, Mentor counsellors in different components of
counselling, Support a strong system of counselling for ART clients and
initiate follow up, Build the capacity of counsellors through formal and
informal trainings, Reporting, monitoring of patient activities and provide
feedback, Collaboration with internals/externals partners
