you shall have the full responsibility to
maximise production potential and operational efficiency through the
development and implementation of cost effective production processes and
coordination and optimal integration of production across the production areas.

• Ensure
  availability of raw materials, including packaging through cost effective
  management of raw materials inventories and close liason with bulk
  suppliers and storage facilities regionally and internationally.
• Ensure
  quality control of products through implementation of laboratory testing
  and quality assurance procedures.
• Manage
  product and R & D projects to identify possible additional/enhanced
  products to meet market demand and the introduction of new plant and
  equipment to increase operational efficiency and production capacity.
• Ensure
  the efficient and cost effective disctribution of products to customers to
  meet customer delivery expectations.
• Manage
  and oversee the major upgrading of the Wheat Mill
