Senior Project Manager
Job Purpose
To manage small changes local to their country of residence or act as an
implementation manager for their country of residence for larger projects.
Ensuring that the project is delivered on time, to budget, Quality and in
compliance.

Skills / Competencies - Proven
change management skills - Planning
– skill in producing, monitoring and delivering on project plans. - Managing
resources – mobilises and manages corporate resources against a
value-based agenda
Knowledge and Expertise:
- Experience
of employing change management best practices and disciplines (e.g.
Barclay change II, Prince2, MSP or equivalent) - Experience
of managing activity across the whole of a project lifecycle, using
current technology, structured methods and a quality process - Exposure
to governance, control and risk management - Proven
ability to effectively work within teams at all levels
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant
Bachelor’s Degree with relevant commercial experience - PRINCE2
Foundation (candidates not possessing this would be expected to achieve
Foundation status within 6 months) - A
good understanding of packages in use by Project Managers e.g. MS Project,
Hydra - A
good understanding of planning and budgeting processes and methodology
