• We
  require a self motivated and dynamic Technical resource (exclusive
  consultant) to provide onsite IT support services to our customers in
  Gaborone.
• If the
  consultant is required to travel outside of Gaborone all travel expenses
  will be paid by our company.

The service/support
consist of the following Scope of Work;

• Install
  or reinstall Windows Operating system on the desktop.
• Install
  and configure provided software on the customer desktop / laptop.
• Respond
  to our clients requests like cleanup, moves, patches and upgrades
• Troubleshoot
  application and or connectivity issues from the desktop.
• Eyes
  and Ears support if and when required for networking issues, remote
  assistance by our Level 1 or helpdesk team.
• General
  maintenance on ticket requests to check on our clients
• Install
  and configue LINUX operating systems

Requirements

• Currently
  there is no office in Gaborone, so this person will be very flexible, and
  therefore must be a self discplined individual.
• Must be
  able to speak english (obligatory)
• Valid
  Drivers license and vehicle for use to work
• Valid
  local ID and passport.
• Must be
  willing to travel outside of Gaborone and at times Botswana.
• Must be
  able to start before the 15th
  of March 2016
