METALLURGIST
Job Summary
●To monitor and optimise the performance of the
production plant in order to meet targeted metallurgical performance and also
provide technical expertise to production units
Key Performance Areas
●Process monitoring and control
●Metallurgical Systems and Procedures
●Metallurgical Accounting
●Metallurgical Projects
●Budget and cost control
●People effectiveness
●Safety, Health, Environment and Quality
Qualifications and Experience
●BSc/HND in Extractive Metallurgy /Mineral Processing /Metallurgical
Engineering /Chemical Engineering
●Must have 5 years appropriate experience in the Minetal Processing field
●Must have knowledge of base metal processing plants
