Your role…
The donorworx Sales
Supervisor job in Ottawa, ON will provide you with an opportunity to:
• Identify new hire
requirements during campaigns and collaborate with the Regional Manager and
recruitment team to fill vacancies.
• Provide coaching
to the fundraisers to ensure high team performance.
• Observe and
appraise individual results, and performance evaluations for each team member.
• Achieve
fundraising objectives set out by company/client.
• Ensure reporting
requirements are completed, accurate and submitted to the Regional Manager in a
timely manner.
• Oversee booth
logistics; including, booth delivery and set up, maintenance, and teardown at
end of campaign
Competitive
hourly wage, with performance based bonus.
Bilingual in
English & French will be considered an asset.
Who Are We
Looking For?
• 3-5 years
EXPERIENCE working in a manager capacity (Sales, Marketing, Promotions an
asset).
• RESULTS driven
attitude.
• Desire to work as
a TEAM towards a common goal.
• PERSEVERE when
faced with a challenge.
• Degree or Diploma
in related field, considered an asset.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage,

Hours: Ability to work on a
flexible work schedule.
Training: On-line, classroom & on
the job coaching.
Location: Premier mall locations
across the Ottawa region NOW-APRIL 2016. Locations include St. Laurent Shopping
Centre, Place D’Orleans, Billings Bridge and Rideau Centre with the possibility
of an extension to further mall locations.
