WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE (#428064)
Our client in Burlington is currently looking for a Warehouse Associate to join
their team! Have you been looking for a permanent position and have previous
Shipping/Receiving experience? Then this is the position for you!
We area looking for candidates who have the following experience, and have excellent
character references!!
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
-Receiving, storage, shipping of all stock items as per defined policies,
procedures and protocols
-Assists with safety programs in warehouse
-Assist with general up-keeping of building and warehouse equipment including
lift trucks, scales,..etc. as required
-Carry out all regulatory requirements including: TDG, WHMIS, Safety.
Responsible Distribution, ISO quality program
-Operate forklift truckwith proper certification and according to rules and
regulations governing forklift safety
-Sending paperwork (i.e. warehouse release. bill of lading, certificates of
analysis and cover sheet), to outside warehouses storing dry products for
incoming and outgoing product
-Regular communication with Logistics. Customer Service and Procurement
functions to ensure we are meeting customer and operational requirements

$40k-$45k with 8% incentive – pending experience

Qualifications
-Completion of High School
-Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience (preferably with the handling of
chemical products) an asset
-Self-motivated and able to repetitively lift 50lbs
-General maintenance skills preferred
-Very strong character references
-Forklift experience
