Service (ICS) a youth volunteering programme which creates active global
citizens and contributes to sustainable development impact across the world.

have a fantastic vacancy for someone to join our International Programmes team
to provide strategic leadership, co-ordination and management across
International Service delivery in South and East Africa (SEA).

Key
areas of work will include:

lead the delivery and development of International Programmes in SEA - To
support the delivery of ICS ( International Citizen Service) in SEA - To
lead and support income generation regionally - To
line manage and give strategic support and leadership to Programme
Managers and other staff in the region as appropriate - To
contribute to the strategic and operational development of International
Service in the region - Monitoring,
Evaluation and Learning - To
represent International Service at a strategic level
