Operating Officer/training manager

Australian
International Training Centre is a newly registered training
organisation. We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to
manage, assist in the organisation’s growth objectives and maintain ASQA RTO’s
2015 standards. 

Your duties
in this role will include:

·        
Lead
the management team to ensure quality educational outcomes
·        
Managing
budgets and financia

ls with the assistance of a finance team

·        
Establishing
relationships with peak bodies and government agencies and ASQA
·        
Manage
and updated scope of registration with ASQA
·        
Recruit
staff and ensure they operate in accordance with RTO policies
·        
Update
the RTO Policies and Procedures
·        
Ensure
training and assessment strategies reflect best practice including maintaining
strong links to industry.
·        
Align
RTO compliance to organisational goals that include revenue growth.
·        
Quality
orientation and customer focus across all RTO programs including training
program design and review
·        
Take
an evidence based and consultative approach to ensuring compliance standards
are met across all lines of business that support the RTO operations
·        
Review
of Marketing and Advertising content and materials from a compliance
perspective. 

To be
considered for this role you will require ( qualifications and experience)
:

·        
At
least 3 years of demonstrated knowledge of RTO compliance requirements and
strong VET practitioner skills.
·        
Strong
communication and team leadership skills
·        
Knowledge
of mixed mode delivery methods including Online/Distance learning.
·        
Attention
to detail and meticulous planning skills
·        
Excellent
interpersonal skills; written and verbal communication
·        
Strong
understanding of VET industry and RTO standards and conditions of registration
·        
Solid
experience working within a Private  RTO
·        
Knowledge
of the VET FEE-HELP program an advantage
·        
Self-Motivation
and passion
·        
Strong
influencing and persuasion skills
·        
Previous
involvement in successful audit outcomes highly regarded
·        
Excellent
computer skills (MS Office)
·        
Experience
in using student record management systems
·        
Degree
level qualifications 
·        
TAE40110
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

You will be
working five days/week on a permanent full time basis

Salary
package negotiable.
