Maintenance of Investment
Schedule, Timely Reconciliation of investments, Preparing Monthly Investments
analysis report,
Processing Payments – Ensure
claims are settled
with in time standards in support of Client Servicing,
Making payments to foreign suppliers, Timely reconciliation of claims and
foreign payments
Maintenance of Cashbooks –
Accurate cashbook and bank reconciliations, Control Accounts – Accurate reconciliation
of control accounts
Creditors Ledger management –
Accurate and timely booking of supplier invoices into ACCPAC, Timely
reconciliation of suppliers accounts
Analysis of general ledger
accounts and preparation of audit schedules, Assisting in timely production of
trial balance and management accounts, Any other duties assigned from time to
time
Applicants must be self starters
who are able to work with minimum supervision and possess good communication
and interpersonal skills at all levels, Must have good analytical skills and be
able to meet deadlines and targets even under pressure, Must be a team player,
Must demonstrate a consistent ability to produce accurate financial data, Must
have sound knowledge of Microsoft office applications such as Excel and Word
Bachelor of Accountancy Degree or
equivalent from a recognized institution/university, Those with ICAM
Diploma and at least 2 yrs relevant work experience in a busy environment
will also be considered, Those studying ACCA Fundamentals or CIMA Managerial
level will have an added advantage
