Malaga, Perth. OzShut fulfills all custom made orders locally with a 5 day
installation turnaround!

With approximately
100 employees and contractors, OzShut Rollershutters is in the next phase of
planned growth which will attract more diverse business from more industries as
well as the residential sector.

Reporting to the
Service Manager, the role of Service Technician involves attending to daily
service calls which have been received and booked. Problem analysis and solving
of working faults is the primary objective to maintain customer satisfaction.
Applicants should possess mechani
cal aptitude and have excellent power tool
experience. Working at heights in some cases is also required. Applicants
should be well presented have excellent work ethic and pride themselves not
only in the quality of their service work but also a high level of Customer
Service as interaction with our customers is on a daily basis.

This position is
full time and is based out of the Malaga office daily. Hours of work would be
7am – 3:30pm Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday half day in busy
times. Remuneration is by way of Salary plus super and paid weekly. A full
company uniform is also provided.

Full training will
be provided; experience in roller shutters would be well regarded but is not
essential. Work experience in similar industries and/or in a service technician
capacity is required.

also possess a current open Driver’s License as we provide a fully stocked
service van that would be utilized as part of your duties during work hours.
