You will need to have strong communication and
influential ability, excellent time management and organisational skills and
the proven ability working in a site based RTW role.

The key responsibilities of this role will be;
- Injury Management experience
- Case Management
- Account Management
- Monitor and mobilise medical services provided
to injured workers - Develop Return to Work Plans
- Educating / Coaching Supervisors
- Early Intervention and Reporting
- Claims Management
To meet the expectations of this role, you will
have;
have;
- Allied health qualifications
- 3+ years injury management experience
- Knowledge of workers compensation rules and
regulations - High level computer literacy
Your natural ability to influence your peers will
be a prerequisite for this position as will the ability to lead the
organisation into the future.
