POSITION
Due to growth & demand within the Commercial
Textile Market a position has become available for a Business Development
Manager to join the organisation and generate additional sales within the
Hospitality market segment, while also working to build new, and build upon
existing, strategic alliances with well-known hospitality brands.

You will be approaching Top Tier Hotel and
Accommodation Groups, liaising with Purchasing managers and unit managers
regarding the company’s range of high quality products including linen,
towelling, bedding, soft furnishings and curtains. You will be educating
clients on how the company’s products would add value to their businesses and
contribute towards the “star rating” of their properties.

This role involves being “hands on” developing new
business opportunities as well as ensuring a pool of existing clients are
maintained.

CANDIDATE
The position will be given to a hungry, successful,
motivated and professional Business Development Manager who ideally has
industry experience. Preference may be given to someone with a solid knowledge
of commercial textiles, although experience in sales to, and the operation of,
hotels is equally important to actual textile knowledge; sales skills to
actively promote the products to market and increase demand is of paramount
importance.

REWARD
The successful candidate will receive a base salary
of $75-85K + Superannuation + Uncapped Commissions Structure + Company Car or
Car Allowance with an OTE Figure of approximately $150K +.
