Job Title: Organizational Development& Training Specialist
Location: Arusha
Purpose of the Position:
To support World Vision Tanzania strategy (out come on Organizational
effectiveness) by designing, monitoring and implementing policies and
procedures, which ensure continued development of the organization and its
staff toward peak performance.
Spearhead the ongoing World Vision Tanzania organizational change initiative.
Qualifications:
MBA/BA Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, Public
Administration or related field.
Experience:4-7 years in Manager level with profound experience on Organization
Development and Training.
