We are currently looking for an experienced Sales/Business Development
professional to fill the role of Employer Liaison Officer – NEWPORT-FIXED
TERM UNTIL 30/06/2015.
In this challenging and varied role your main focus will be:
- Business
Development by engaging local employers through a variety of sales
techniques - Matching
available jobseekers to employment opportunities, supporting both
the employer and employee resulting in sustainable outcomes for both
parties - Marketing
WISE Employment Services to the local business community to develop new
relationships and employment opportunities by initiating and developing
effective and ongoing partner relationships to fulfil local business
staffing needs and improve productivity for employers
A
combination of proven Business and Account Management expertise, the successful
applicant will have extensive sales, reverse marketing and/or or recruitment
experience and be comfortable with outbound cold calling. You will have a good
understanding of the local job market and a proven ability to build successful
business relationships.

communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and in a team
