Job Description:
• In-depth knowledge on CA Siteminder administration Version 6.0 or 12. Additional knowledge on TIM, OAM, RSA is an added advantage.
• In-depth knowledge on any Federation products preferably Ping identity.
• Experience on Single sign on implementation and troubleshooting.
• Should have experience with webhosting administration services like IBM HTTP Server / Sun one IPlanet / Apache / IIS.
• Level 3 administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge on Java programming or shell scripting will be an added advantage.
• Understanding or experience on LDAP or active directory administration.
Desired Skills & Experience
• Design and Implement security solutions that satisfies business needs.
• Perform performance tuning on periodic basis for infrastructure stability.
• Document standards and procedures for the daily support needs.
• Assist applications teams through various products like Arcot, Siteminder and RSA ACE/Server.
• Deliver an improved user experience.
• Manage centralized user privileges using Siteminder, LDAP and Enterprise Directory.
• Manage and administer Ace Server to support two-factor authentication.
• Perform proof of concept for new security products acquired.
• Establish a trust model for external organization to interact with StateStreet through federation solution i.e Pingidentity as a service or identity provider.
• Participate in annual penetration test and address the critical security issues through better solution.
• Perform periodic upgrades to be in compliance with vendor support and to enhance the product quality.
• Participate in vendor meetings and discussion to understand product usage and address any critical issues that requires vendor attention.
• Coordinate with various support teams to deliver best solution.
• Create statement of purpose (SOP’s) for the products supported.
• Build environments that support high availability and disaster recovery.
• Conduct dry run disaster recovery test.
• Participate in annual disaster recovery exercise.
• Work with Corporate information security groups to acquire and implement new security products.
• Monitor autosys jobs and daily backups.
• Resolve critical security incidents within the SLA and that has high business impact
