About the Williamstown Hostel

The Williamstown Hostel provides high quality accommodation and care to 60
older men and women who require assistance with daily living and personal care.
One place is reserved for short term
respite care.

We provide a safe, flexible and caring family-style environment
which allows residents to maintain their chosen lifestyles, habits and
activities and to be as independent as they choose to be.

What We Are Looking For

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person, with
a commitment to social justice, to join our residential team at the
Williamstown Hostel as a Part Time – Enrolled Endorsed Nurse to work as a Night
Supervisor.

Successful applicants will have Certificate 4 or Diploma in Nursing (with
current Enrolment at AHPRA). It is essential that applicants have excellent
communication skills, ability to work as part of a team and an understanding of
the special needs of older people.

About The Role

This objective of this role is to manage Williamstown Hostel in the absence of
the Site Manager. The responsibilities include supervising, supporting and
directing staff where required, and ensuring that a safe and secure environment
is maintained.
