HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE
MYR 2000 – 2800
(Johor – PASIR GUDANG)
Responsibilities:
• Assist in implementation of full range of Human Resource functions such as HR policies, recruitment, payroll and employee welfare, performance appraisal etc.
• Responsible for processing expatriates and staffs payroll, ensuring all documentation are complying with internal standards, statutory requirements and its deadline.
• Maintain expatriates and staffs’ personal file.
• Administration of recruitment activities including advertisement, interview and selection.
• To ensure all eligible employees are covered under company’s insurance package and to remove resigned employee from the coverage.
• Supervise HR Assistants in their daily work.
• Assist in any other matters undertaken by the department as and when instructed by the superior.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Admin./HR Management or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably experience in manufacturing industry.
• Familiar with Employment Act.
• Required languages : Chinese, English.
• Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office.
• Good organizational skills and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
