One of the UK’s most successful retail banking organisations is looking to recruit a Web Analytics Manager to gather, analyse and manage data for the online channel. You will provide recommendations to assist the organisation in gaining a better understanding of the customers and their behaviours’.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and producing in depth reports, taking complex data and translating it into simple and relevant information. You will identify and become an expert on key customer behaviours’ and how this drives trade performance for the business.

Key requirements:
• Proven web analytics experience
• Experience in using appropriate systems and applications to translate and simplify data.
• Familiar with statistical testing methods
• Strong negotiating and leadership skills
• Customer focus.
