Job Description:
Job Scope:
o Handle administrative duties which include filing, sorting, scanning & photocopying of documents.
o Prepare export shipping documentation & liaise with forwarders on the booking & collection of the shipment.
o Matching of Invoices / Credit Notes from suppliers & highlight in the event of any discrepancies.
o Perform receiving function for goods receipt promptly.
o Perform ad-hoc duties as & when assigned.
Requirements:
o GCE ‘O’ level, preferably with passes in English and Maths.
o Preferably with 1 year experience in warehousing.
o Basic computer skills & basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
o Experience in data entry & process numerate skills.
