is soliciting proposals for a cost
effective and secure working space in City of Kigali ideally located in
Kacyiru, Remera, Kimihurura with following minimum Requirement:
- Seating
space for 25 people ( minimum of 200 sq meter floor area) - Meeting
room/boardroom without a pillar that obstructs view - Parking
space for 15 cars - Located
closer to a route serviced by Public Transport - The
property should be legally cleared for commercial use - The
property should have a super quiet Generator for 17KVA - Three
phase electric installation - Water
supply with overhead water tank - Partitions
- Emergency
exit door - Enough
lights into the building - Security
lights - Providing
the buildings in good conditions both external and internal areas - The
building has lightning arrest - Fiber
optics installation ( if possible) - The
premises should be available for occupation as early as possible - Accessible
by people with disability Other considerations required in proposal

proposal containing all information mentioned above in relation to a provision
of Office space to VSO Rwanda should be sent in a sealed envelope titled “Expression
of Interest for Providing Office space” to VSO Rwanda office located
in Kimihurura, Street N° 625, House N°12 lmihigo village no later than 17th
February, 2016 at 5:00 pm.
