Job ScopeProvide administrative support to the Logistics / Purchasing / Marketing / HR / Accounts Department
Handle paper work and duties such as data entry, filing and sorting of documents
Provide customer service assistance by handling incoming and outgoing calls from clients and customers professionally
Assist in compiling and generating management reports
Other adhoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements
Min ‘A’ Level / Diploma / Degree in any relevant discipline
Students on Vacation / ORD personnel or A Level students waiting for University / Guys waiting for enlistment / Students attending part time night classes / Working adults waiting for perm job are welcome to apply!
Prior working experience would be an added advantage (Include CCAs and Results if without)
Pleasant personality, meticulous, good attitude
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
