Loan Supervisors – Vision Fund – Lilongwe
Reporting to the Branch Manager
Maintains his or her own portfolio off loan
accounts, Supervises and assesses the performance of Loan Officers, Leads
marketing and promotional activities, Ensures that disbursement targets are
met, Validates information on loan appraisals, Conducts surprise visits to
individual borrowers and group meetings for monitoring purposes, Reviews and endorses
loan applications for approval as member of Branch Credit Committee, Or
accounts, Supervises and assesses the performance of Loan Officers, Leads
marketing and promotional activities, Ensures that disbursement targets are
met, Validates information on loan appraisals, Conducts surprise visits to
individual borrowers and group meetings for monitoring purposes, Reviews and endorses
loan applications for approval as member of Branch Credit Committee, Or
ganises
the tradition of clients from one LO t another when required, The LS makes an
independent assessment of individual group members during loan validation and
approved process, ensuring all records are complete and accurate, and that the
individual understands his or her obligation and responsibilities, Conducts
immediate follow ups of all late payments, observing a policy of zero tolerance
for delinquency Ensures reports are submitted to the BM on time
Capability and willingness to take
responsibility and highly develop sense of reliability and correctness, Must be
a committed Christian, Excellent communication, computing and marketing skills,
minimum of 3 yrs of work experience with a reputable microfinance Institutions
on at least a similar position, Minimum qualification of Advanced Diploma in
Business Administration, Accounting or any development related field
