 Vision for a Nation Foundation is a
UK-based charity working to fulfill the vision correction needs of under-served
populations in the developing world. Our aim is to make low-cost eyeglasses,
including adjustable eyeglasses, available to populations where access to eye
care services is limited.

Vision for a Nation Foundation in Rwanda is the
first national level program with the aim of providing all Rwandans aged 8
years and above access to free vision assessments and eyeglasses to all who
need them.


Vision for a nation would like to invite experienced, self motivated and
hardworking individuals to submit their CVs and applications for the following
positions:

1. DATA OFFICER
(Ref No: QSURWNFN/DO/04-14)
CORPORATE AND BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES
  • Good (Inter personal and communication skills
    (verbal and written)
  • Assist in survey data collection data entry
    and analysis
  • Demonstrated behavior of professional and
    personal ethics, transparency and openness
  • Strong Planning skills
  • Assist in feedback on surveys at national
    level
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict
    deadline.
  • Organized and able to work independently.
  • Promotes the vision, mission and strategic
    goals of vision for a nation Foundation
  • At list a 2 years experience in technical
    assistance programs for improving data quality in health sector
  • Frequent travel in all Districts
  • Experience of capacity building in data
    management
  • Experience of management of database MS Excel
  • Strong Web programs
    manipulation a must
  • Demonstrated good skill level to use
    SPSS/EPI-Info, Microsoft office products, particularly Ms Word and power
    point
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Fluency in Kinyarwanda
2.SUPPLY CHAIN OFFICER (Ref

Applicant Profile:
  • Good (Inter personal and communication skills

  • Organized and able to work independently
  • Demonstrated behavior of professional and

  • Strong Planning skills
  • Embraces a professional structured work
    environment with consistent standards, clear expectations and careful
    planning
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict
    deadlines
  • Strong planning and performance skills
  • At least a 3 years experience in a similar
    role
  • Graduate /Post Graduate in supply chain
    management/Business / Purchasing and supply
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Fluency in Kinyarwanda
