with some 700 sears and is currently seeking a Desktop Support Engineer.
The primary role of the Desktop Support Engineer is to support their users in a
level 1-2 desktop support capacity.

Note that this role is only scheduled for 2 days
per week. Perfect for someone with other responsibilities or very IT
saavy students.

Experience required for this role includes (but not
limited to):

- IT support experience in a commercial
environment - Demonstrated ability to provide
level 1-22 support for the following technologies: Windows XP/7, MS
Office, Active Directory, MS Servers. Desirable technologies include
LAN/WAN Network, PABX (VoIP) and Blackberry.
You will also have the following skills:
- Excellent communication skills both written
and verbal - Demonstrated troubleshooting and time
management skills - Ability to work as part of a team
- Proven ability to show initiative and take
leadership where required
