Vice President, Operations & Engineering

Reporting to the President & CEO, you will provide strategic leadership on all goals, objectives and programs relating to engineering, operations, policies, procedures and capital budgeting. As a member of the management committee, you will help develop and direct corporate goals, financial and business plans, and strategies in accordance with the corporate mandate.

Ideally, you will have a university degree in engineering, with several years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a utility setting. Your excellent management and team building skills complement your strong track record in directing capital engineering design, construction, and strategic planning. A lifelong learner, you have a high level of understanding of current engineering principles and trends in the energy utility sector. You have the unique ability to work within a community environment while being able to drive business imperatives.
