The incumbent will be responsible for the running of a guard compliment of 25 officers and above on site and must be able to operate within the close community and demands of a remote but very modern mine site.
Applicant must have the ability to maintain very high standards of service delivery and high levels of personal and unit discipline as well as high level and effective liaison with the client and other contractors on site, liaison with government departments and agencies etc.
Previous experience in commercial security with exposure to large scale mine security contract is an essential. Knowledge of anti-poaching operations would be an added advantage.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Ex JKT Staff
National Certificate in Security Management/ Risk Management
Minimum of 3-4 years experience working in a security environment
Demonstrate a professional demeanor that includes the ability to interact with senior managers, and high-profile communication.
Candidates will be required to undergo a Medical Examination of fitness as per the inherent requirements of the position. Candidates will be required to complete screening assessments as well as required integrity testing
