JOB TITLE: Branch Support Leader
REPORTS TO: Chief Operating Officer
JOB PURPOSE:
To provide reliable,
quality, timely Foreign Currency, Foreign Exchange and Remittances operations
and customer service to clients in a secure and welcoming environment to ensure
maximum profitability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide support for all
branches on Foreign Exchange and foreign Currency. - To provide support for all
branches on International Currency operations and wire transfers (Incoming
and Outgoing wire transfer). - To provide support for all
branches on third party remittances (Western Union, RIA and money gram). - To provide support for all
branches on various inter-banking transactions, such as RIPPS. - To provide support for all
branches on cash supplies, reporting and monitoring. - To provide support for all
branches on other support related work. - Participate in ad-hoc projects
assigned by Management of UOB from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS

Experience
Experience
- The employee must have a minimum 5
years of experiences in bank operations including, FX, USD accounts and
third party remittances - The employee must have a
bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field from
accredited university. - The employee must be proficiently
fluent in English and Kinyarwanda (both verbal and writing )
Knowledge and Skills
- Have an excellent service
mentality as support personnel. - Have a strong analytical ability
to help in problem solving. - Be a person of high level of
integrity with strong relational competency (inter-personal skills). - Have a strong team spirit.
